The location and cleanliness were fine, but the rooms nearby were noisy, and even after telling reception nothing changed. The curtains were very light‑colored and let in a lot of sunlight; there was no ventilation. The room had no amenities, the reception was average, and there was no kitchen for a property at this price point.

The location was pretty close to the bus stand and most places were within a 4 km radius. The customer service was good, and overall it was a good stay.

The manager.Complete misfit in hospitality industry.No greeting of guests.Wanted us to pay in cash instead online.Had the cheek to suggest we withdraw cash from ATM.There is no eating facility close bye.No tea coffee arrangement in the room.Very reluctantly he shared the wifi password after saying it was down due weather.Hot water not available 24 hrs as circuit breaker pulled out from board outside room.The manager seriously needs to attend crm course ti learn to interact with guests.Even filtered water was not kept in the room.Had to requested daily.Housekeeping starts late ( 1100 am) and if the guest is out for sightseeing then no service

Clean and good location, but no heater; we were pretty cold in the room.
