The common areas and the room were very good, and the food was delicious, yet I couldn’t understand why you have to go to the bar to ask for the room key.

In the small town, the only bar/restaurant is 60 m from the hostel, and breakfast was included for us. Nobody answered the hostel’s phone number, and I later discovered that the “reception” is actually in that bar/restaurant.
