The owner is a very nice person – helpful, smiling, and always eager to fulfill extra guest requests. Inside it’s clean and tastefully decorated. We had a room with a private kitchenette and honestly, the equipment was 10/10; we had nothing missing. Plus, morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the mountains was beautiful. A few things that make a huge difference here: Bicycles – they have a separate, secure room, so you don’t have to worry about the gear at all. Location – the property sits right under the forest, a short walk from the thermal baths and Bike Park. Car – there’s a large parking lot, so you’ll always find a spot. Dog – we brought a small pup who was over the moon, able to run around the garden. Truly an ideal place to relax. We’ll definitely come back, I recommend it wholeheartedly!

Everything is new, tidy, right by the thermal baths and at the entrance to Kotelnice. The only downside is the ongoing expansion of the Bania baths, with work running 24 hours a day, but that’s not the owners’ fault. I recommend it.
