The admin was very friendly and the guard staff were also helpful, even if only occasionally; self check‑in was very comfortable and private, thank you. The only downside was a dog barking at night, but that was fine.

It had lots of accommodation. When we arrived, Bungalow 1’s lock was faulty and we couldn’t open the door. We reported it and were told someone would contact us. After 4 hours with no fix, we left and found other lodging. The large house is definitely not secure; there are gaps large enough to climb through in the ensuite. The key box is pointless. The upper level of the large bungalow, accessed by a ladder, has no fall barrier and is dangerous. Numerous gaps in the walls let bugs, lizards and insects in. The worst part is that at the end of the day, when many neighboring farmers burn off, the house fills with smoke—really not pleasant.

We did not stay because the room was not what we requested, it had not been cleaned, and trying to self‑check‑in was a nightmare. Also a refund was declined, so I would definitely give this one a swerve
