The staff were friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated, but the rooms were not fully clean upon arrival—the floor was dirty and had hair, and cockroaches were present; I couldn't even drink their tea because the insects were coming out from the kettle to the microwave. The place looks beautiful but needs proper maintenance to be truly good.
