“Gerne wieder!”
The room was lovingly decorated in a house that was uniquely designed, the dinner in the cozy tavern was exquisite, and the breakfast was prepared very personally with everything a Radler would need.
The accommodation was warmly decorated in a beautiful old house, the host was charming, and the food was good; everything was a little bit dated, but that adds to its charm.
“Super!”
The hosts were unbelievably friendly and ready to help at every turn; as soon as we arrived they invited us to join them for a meal, which we gladly did. The next morning’s breakfast was fantastic, packed with local specialties, and the room itself was comfortably set up. We’d definitely point other travelers this way.
The host was kind, and there was nothing to complain about.
“Ein Traum eines kleinen, familiengeführten Landhotels”
The owner greets you like a true Ruhrpott character – warm and down‑to‑earth – and you can tell she’s put a lot of love into this tiny family run place. The rooms are decked out in old‑school furniture, bright colours and the view from the window is simply stunning, while Pierre, her South‑French husband, looks like a chef and the menu makes it hard to pick a dish. A tidy garden with geraniums at the windows gives the whole thing the feel of a well‑kept country inn you hardly find any more.
