The location is excellent, close to the lake, the cable car, restaurants, and the city center; the staff are more than wonderful, friendly, and ready to help with any request. The room is small for a 4‑star hotel, and the only benefit is a small external balcony that partially overlooks the lake. The room is on the ground floor, breakfast options are somewhat limited, and the parking is not free and is less than a 10‑minute walk away.
