The Fairfield by Marriott Frankfort hotel is situated off I-64, 7 miles from Capital City Airport. It features an indoor pool, fitness facilities, and free Wi-Fi. Guest rooms have cable TV, radio, hot drink facilities, and work desks. A hot breakfast is served daily. The hotel is close to Kentucky State University, Keeneland Race Track, and Lakeview Springs Golf Club.

The front desk was pleasant, but we had a TV problem in our room and called the front desk twice, waiting about an hour between calls before someone was sent up. When Chase arrived, he seemed clearly annoyed about addressing the issue, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. While attempting to fix the TV, we could see part of his backside, which was also inappropriate. Unfortunately, the TV issue was never resolved, and the response to a simple maintenance request was disappointing; I expected a much higher level of professionalism and guest service.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom outlet didn’t work, making it hard to get ready. When I told staff, they said they would get someone to fix it—that’s why I stay at XYZ when I travel.
