It stunk. Gross carpet. Disgusting bathrooms and rooms. I honestly don’t know how they are even open. Someone from the board of health or whatever needs to come reevaluate this facility. Nothing about it was nice. The staff were no help and had terrible customer service and just horrible attitudes to begin with

The hotel was in the city center and easy to get in and out of, the beds were comfy, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly, but there was a stale smell as soon as you entered the room’s hallway, which vanished once you were inside.
