The host gave a good restaurant recommendation just a 2‑minute walk away at https://www.ristorantelafavarotta.it, was very friendly, and served a nice breakfast with decaf coffee.
First place, and due to our flight delay, a good solution was offered for late check‑in.
The host was very nice and let us check in early, even though she doesn't speak English and we had to rely on Google Translate. She served us breakfast because we were leaving very early the next day. The house has four bedrooms—two downstairs and two upstairs—with no elevator, a nice garden, and parking inside the gate. Getting to Palermo airport by car is pretty easy from here. Thanks, Natale! The only downside is that you need a car to get anywhere, as it’s right off the highway and there are no walking options or visible buses.

The hosts were very friendly and were on hand immediately after our unannounced arrival to explain everything. There is a self‑serve breakfast, and basically everything you need, although it’s a bit simple, which wasn’t a problem since we had to leave for the airport at 4 a.m. The proximity to the airport (14 min) is very convenient, and the accommodation was very clean. The place is extremely noisy at night, with high, shrill sounds that were probably coming from somewhere inside or just outside the house, possibly a storage unit when someone showers? It wasn’t very pleasant, but it passed quickly. There was air conditioning in the room, but I couldn’t sleep with it on, so I opened the window. The gel protection is a plus, and the highway noise is less of an issue, although you don’t need to open the window at night! The beds have comfortable mattresses and very flat pillows, which we love (taste thing). However, the bed does shift a bit when someone turns in the night. Overall, it’s good if you don’t have very high expectations. The shower was also very pleasant, just taking a while for the hot water to arrive.
