Getting here from I‑94 was a breeze, but the lobby had a strong chlorine smell coming from the pool.

The staff, both Reddys (night‑shift female and day‑shift male) and the North Indian manager, were amazing and made my stay very comfortable.

The hotel felt very warm and clean, very comfortable. We had stayed in two other Monona hotels that were not as good. We were in the area to visit our daughter and her family, who had just moved here. It seemed like there was a wonderful breakfast and dining area, but unfortunately we had to leave at 6 am. All good.
