Breakfast was a tasty, varied continental spread, the hotel itself was clean, and the scent system ran from the lobby up to the rooms; reception was friendly and the staff offered Arabic coffee, dates, and tea all day long, plus a parking spot right in front of the hotel that they managed for us, and there was also a coffee, juice, and dessert stall for a small fee, which was nice and reasonably priced—thanks a lot to Al Adwani and Talat. The only downside was that the mattress felt a bit old and worn.

The spot is spot-on, right next to Al Hamra Tower where you can grab food, groceries, and everything else you need; the hotel staff were top‑class, the meals were tasty, and the place stayed spotless and cozy, but what really stood out was the valet: the attendants were super helpful and professional, always ready to drop off the car quickly whenever we asked, making the whole experience truly outstanding. I had no complaints and left fully satisfied.

I enjoyed a pleasant stay at Hamra Hotel; Shams was professional, friendly, and helpful, the facilities were solid, and everything was clean. The carpet could use a refresh, but overall the hotel delivers good value and I would recommend it.
