“Oasis Aqua Park - 2026 review”

The hotel is close to the airport, the staff are friendly, and even though they barely speak English it’s still manageable. We had a direct sea view from the room, which was large; we were just two, yet we received a big room for five people with three separate rooms, two toilets, and two balconies. The breakfast didn’t meet expectations; the choices were few, the vegetables were not fresh, some sweets were fine but the main breakfast items were missing.

“One bad staff member can ruin your entire experience. I would never stay there again.”

The balcony had a nice view, and one staff member was very helpful after others lied to me and said I couldn’t get a taxi from there to the bus station. An angry man at the front desk made me wish I had never come to Egypt; he stood over me, yelling that there were no taxis to the bus station, only to the airport, so I had to book a private transfer at a very expensive rate and was delayed 3 hours when I left.

I’m writing in my partner’s name because I was the guest. What I liked: the beach is a short walk away and it’s beautiful! You can see nice corals there! The manager is very sweet and kind. A suggestion: it would be good if the manager paid more attention to the staff’s work, because then guests might feel better and the hotel could get much better reviews. They don’t live up to their facilities; it’s as if they’re only halfway committed. The pool cleaner is very sweet and does thorough work! I can’t comment on breakfast because it was already packed by 9 am. The mattress was good, but the slatted bed frames slipped apart. The room could have been cleaner. The toilet was broken. It should have been fixed before a guest arrived. They didn’t sell beer, and there should be a place to buy alcohol within walking distance; there’s no shop nearby. The Wi‑Fi only worked within a 5‑meter radius of the reception.

I want to thank the administrative staff, especially Brother Alaa, for welcoming us with utmost respect and for executing requests excellently. The room cleanliness was not up to standard.
