The staff were super friendly and genuinely cared that we were there; check‑in was quick and easy, even with a line, and the room was clean and easy to reach. My only complaint was the pillow—we had a king bed but only euro square pillows. Otherwise, everything was good.

Was kind of bland eating area kind of remote. Carpet was worn in rooms Thor you did have nice warm water but rooms needed updated

Great location. Staff was not accommodating the special needs that we had. The room was an accessible handicapp room, but it was so small that we could not use the wheelchair once we got inside. In order to get the wheelchair through the door, they had to remove the closure so the door could open all the way. The shower chair was small and not usable at all. When asked about it, the solution was to bring an old dining chair and put it inside the shower for her to use. It was not a very safe solution. Called the front desk several times (starting at 11 pm and last call around 1 am) about upstairs above us, making noise and jumping around. They never did anything about it. Even hung up on me when I called about it the 3rd time. We were told the room was standard ADA compliant with the current code

The suite was spacious, and the yogurt at breakfast was fantastic! A few facilities needed minor upkeep: a tear in the sofa bed, a loose towel rack, and similar small issues.

We were in town for my dad’s heart surgery, and when things went south and we had to extend our stay, they were very accommodating and helpful. Nothing else was an issue—everything was great!
