The fact that it was in McDonough, Ga. ?So. nothing. Thumbs down for the "not even a real Continental Breakfast" for some reason around here. (No room left to write that below). Here we go. This is the 3rd place I am giving reviews for because I travelled for work and had no idea: Urine, Urine and Smoke were going to be all we smelled! We tried to change rooms, the first time, they came in and sprayed. YOU CANNOT GET RID OF URINE/URINE SMELL BY SPRAYING, YOU HAVE TO CLEAN THE ROOM. The cr@zy looking front desk man argued with me that: 1. There were no other rooms to change me to. Thinking the spray would be enough, but again, urine has to be cleaned up, so it was "my fault" we did not move, I guess. I was at work and had someone handle it for me that morning, so my first available day, that weekend I tried changing rooms. To lie and tell me there were no more rooms when everyday we walked by empty roomS, is evil. 2. He then proceeded to tell me that there was no smell. If he would just use that big a@@ nose he has, he could see that even the urine smell is right there at the front desk and foyer!! This man is clearly indecent to speak to me that way. 3. What made me decide to reach out to Super 8 headquarters, is because this guy actually told me that since no one else has complained about the smell AT THE FRONT DESK, (which I almost did not tell him myself), "Maybe it's you", and that "This was not the place for me". Another thing I didn't know is that VAGABONDS hang out all day and all night. They purchase a room and still hang around outside smoking weed from the mornings when I went in to work, to the night time. Hell, probably in the middle of the night too. This was true for the Baymont we came from previously. So it was like jumping out of the frying pan into the fire. Roaches, people! Oh and the guy who stands at his truck with the speakerphone blasting the game/ phone convos smoking. This was my first experience with Super 8 (MOTEL, because to call it a hotel is crazy)

Wifi didn't work tv didn't work cane down twice to let someone know. No one showed up they ignored us. Even told them wen i turned key in they said they were going to do something but never did. No calll no email no nothing g. Sorry motel do not stay here. That our accommodations were not met. And we paid 174 to stay one night
