The location and the owner’s polite behavior were positives, and the rooms are spacious. The lift isn’t working, there’s no intercom in the room to reach reception, and a remote for the C TV wasn’t available for control.

The room service really needs improvement; the night‑shift staff member who keeps his earring on is useless and ignores repeated requests, which is annoying. He gave me the room that morning, and the rent is unreasonable. The hotel should offer a 24‑hour checkout and clearly display all information at reception instead of hiding it; customers should see everything when booking online.
