The staff are very polite, friendly, and helpful. Heavy rain caused water to enter through the window; I think it’s just a matter of checking the window seals.

The location was spot on, the gas shower was great, and the air‑conditioning worked superbly. The mattress, however, was too hard, and the room was flooded with light—from the AC unit, the emergency light, the fluorescent strip behind the door, and the curtains letting in too much daylight, which made it hard to get a dark, restful night.

The location is great, right near Viçosa and close to shops, gas stations, a pizza place, etc. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff are extremely attentive and polite. I might not have liked the traffic from the highway, but it didn’t really disturb my rest or enjoyment of the place.
