We arrived at the location and were told our booking had been cancelled without any prior notice or call; the staff were not polite at all and didn’t consider that we had come so early. Even though the booking was still listed as confirmed, they gave the room to someone who hadn’t even arrived. Everything was pathetic; I will never use this place again. I tried reaching customer care, but no one answered after multiple calls, emails, and chat messages.
