Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The room is comfortable, spacious, and the facilities are good. The location is great, and there isn’t a better hotel in this price range. On the downside, putting the air‑con unit next to the bed is outdated and hurts sleep comfort. It’s advisable to ask guests whether they prefer a smoking or non‑smoking room.

I didn’t like it that much.

I stayed at a spot right by the beach, which was great, but the shower didn’t have a hose attached to the wall.

I booked two rooms—one for two people and another for three—yet the front‑desk staff refused to cooperate, insisting that I must pay extra for an extra bed. Because I was traveling with kids, I ended up paying, but that’s not how it should work; they blamed it on a systematic error.

The staff seemed uninterested and pushed me into the reception. On the first day I took a shower with cold water, then the hot water suddenly stopped. Later the shower head was broken and the bathroom lights were faulty, so when I turned the tap I couldn’t see my face.
