“Lovely stay very nice rooms and view”
Very nice layout and the room was great. The hours that shops were open didn’t allow us to visit them because they were closed. Drive to the beach was kinda far.
It was our second stay at Old Marco Island Inn and Suites. We rented a two‑bedroom apartment, and I love how spacious it is. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. I felt very comfortable. I had a very bad experience both times with check‑in. Each time we arrived late, after office hours, and each time there was a different problem with check‑in. It was very frustrating! We were tired from traveling and had to resolve a problem with the lockbox. No one from the three listed phone numbers answered our call. It took half an hour to get someone to help us, after making the calls. When we checked out, the office was again empty. Only one cart for luggage for the whole apartment building! No bathroom by the pool!
