The only thing was the anonymity: an anonymous room with no staff or reception, definitely atypical, and the view was nonexistent.

The room was typical, basic, and unserviced by reception, ordinary with no reception or service, not smart like the photos; the building was over‑stated in photos that implied a reception desk and a view, but it was very ordinary.

The location was within walking distance to the termini and the facilities were clean, comparable to a standard 3‑star hotel, and the staff was very informative and accommodating; the check‑in was a couple of doors down at another hotel and it was a little confusing to figure out the room numbers, and for the price the value is just okay.

The room was nice, but the staff was unfriendly, the service was poor and ungenerous, everything cost extra, and they charged 15 € per night for a baby bed.
