The place was very clean and comfortable. The double bed was very cozy but made a lot of noise; whenever we moved, one of us woke the other.

Nice location: green and with a great view of Sintra. Parking is convenient, just in front of the house. Everything is very clean, the bed and bath linens are white and high quality, and the kitchen is well equipped. Customer service was truly exceptional: the check‑in was a bit tricky due to the document download, but Marie was there with a very helpful hand!

The building, originally from the 1820s, has been nicely updated, but the interior feels very cold and lacks integrated HVAC or heaters, so they handed out blankets. The front patio is pleasant and you can actually park between the bus stop and the patio. The electric supply is only 880 W; each of the three portable heaters runs at 200 W, so if you use the heaters and then try to take a shower, the electricity and Wi‑Fi shut down. The same happens when you turn on the electric kettle or cook on the stove—there simply isn’t enough power. When we arrived, the dishes were dirty and broken, so we had to wash them and notify the management, who then had Bolt arrive after 15 to 30 minutes. Every time a driver was called, they asked for an extra one or two euros to motivate the driver, which we paid. If you request anything extra—like an additional blanket or having both beds made with linens—you’ll be told it costs an extra €30.
