I was traveling alone. On arrival they told me there were no free rooms, so I had to wake the guy up. There was no reception or staff. Finally he managed to find a 3‑bedroom for me because I had already paid 😊, but it was very dirty and smelly. If I hadn’t been so tired and it wasn’t almost 22:00, I wouldn’t have stayed there.

This hotel was the dirtiest I have ever seen. The beds were not clean, the sheets were unchanged, and it was clear that someone had just slept there. The rooms were in the basement, while the bathroom was on another floor. We didn’t even stay in this hotel, which is why we requested a free cancellation

We simply couldn’t check in after 3 hours; then the drunken administrator told us we’d have to pay an extra 80 € if we wanted to be accommodated. If possible, stay farther away. That day there was nowhere else to stay.

The environment was terrible: dirty, smelly, and very unpleasant. When I entered the hotel, there were suspicious and dangerous people, which made the experience even worse
