“Compact residence, centrally located”
The residence is purposeful and fairly central. The room gets cleaned daily, free water and snacks are refreshed daily, and there’s access to Netflix and other services. We were assigned a ground‑floor room next to the car park and had to pay an extra Bt100 per night when we asked for a first‑floor room. The booking didn’t state that the room would be on the ground floor next to the parking area.

Everything was super good: the room was very clean, wide, and the bed was so soft; free snacks were provided, and I could watch Netflix for free with the owner’s user, making it the best hotel in Maesai, though the parking lot is quite narrow.
People in the room above me were very noisy, coming and going all night, which made it hard to sleep.

The room was spotless, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, speaking perfect English; walking distance brought me to great cafés and restaurants, and they offered free snacks and drinks in the room daily; check‑in and check‑out were fast and efficient, and the air conditioning kept the room cool—there was nothing I didn’t like.
