⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An excellent stay in Coimbra! A wonderful discovery! A charming hotel with spacious, pleasant, beautifully decorated rooms and especially impeccable cleanliness. Huge thanks to the whole team for their welcoming and kind attitude. ❤️ Ana is super responsive for housekeeping, always on point, and Maria is a warm, smiling, welcoming person who makes you feel at ease right away. A little love for room 21, whose ceiling and balcony are a real plus and add a lot of charm! A place where you feel good, with adorable staff and thoughtful touches. I recommend without hesitation and will return with great pleasure on my next visit to Coimbra! 🥰

“Close to everything”

The spot is great—right next to El Corte Inglés. The first look at the basement restaurant didn’t wow me, but the breakfast was solid, and the evening dining offered good value with friendly service. The bathroom had poor sound isolation, and the lift was slow at times.

“Perfect Choice”

Maria is an outstanding host; her warmth and kindness made me feel instantly welcomed. The hotel was impeccably clean and had a lovely scent that set a pleasant tone from the start. My room was tidied daily, and the neatly arranged towels were a thoughtful touch that made me feel cared for and enhanced my stay. Thank you, Maria, for your wonderful hospitality—I’d gladly return!

“Truly lovely place to stay, if you like comfort and appreciate a well kept characterful building.”

The host was welcoming and the reception area was a real stand‑out. The building itself is beautiful with character, yet it still offers a fully equipped bathroom with toiletries and plush towels. Restaurants, cafés, shops, parks are all on the doorstep, and the city centre is a short walk away. The bed is comfortable, and the wooden internal shutters block out street light perfectly. I almost forgot to mention the great guest lounge with comfy sofas—ideal for relaxing and reading. The only tweak needed is to adjust the sliding catches on the shutters so they close fully more easily.
