The young lady who checked me in was awesome, but the young man working the desk at 5:30 am could use training on custom service and how to provide good customer service.

The room was mostly clean and the decor caught my eye, but overall the hotel wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve stayed, and the fact that breakfast wasn’t free was a real surprise that’s why I won’t come back.
