The property was very clean and the front desk staff were excellent, and the beds were comfortable. We went downstairs to order dinner from the grill at 5 and were told we’d have to wait thirty minutes because they weren’t set up yet. We waited, then saw the food being boxed up and went to pay, only to find the person behind the bar running between the kitchen and other guests. I waited another fifteen minutes for her to bag our food and collect payment. I was hungry and tired, so this part of the experience was not good. I hope it was just a one‑time issue, as everyone has an off day.

The stay was horrible. A roach appeared in the room on the first night and the beds felt as hard as a rock.
