“Lucia molto gentile e accogliente, struttura arredata con gusto”
The spot is great, close to the station and the palace, just a few minutes from the city center. Everything was liked, only a few small things like a paper towel dispenser and napkins in the kitchen, plus a handful of biscuits.
Nice location, quiet and clean surroundings. No issues.
“Soggiorno a Caserta”
The property was clean, the room was large and newly built, and the shower was fantastic. Lucia was an excellent host, showing kindness and availability – the two traits that set her apart. Highly recommended for short or long stays. It’s just a 5‑minute walk to Caserta Palace and there’s a 24‑hour open parking right next to the hotel; we’ll definitely come back. The only thing that could be improved is, first and foremost, Lucia’s kindness and availability.
The location was super convenient for the station and the palace. Unfortunately the bed wasn’t very comfortable because of the spring mattress. Some items were missing or in poor condition – no paper towels, a rusty soap dish in the shower, slightly stained cups. The host handled everything remotely, which wasn’t a problem per se, but we felt a bit abandoned during check‑out.
