The room was super clean, the staff fantastic, and parking excellent. The only downsides were the TFIFridays being closed and the overall area looking a little shabby, but the staff even pointed out a great small Italian pub next door, which lived up to the recommendation.
The staff were incredibly helpful, even offering to bring my bicycle inside for safety overnight. The booking system failed to pass on our request for a sofa bed for the kids, so it wasn’t ready when we arrived, even though the confirmation mentioned it; the staff still sorted it out quickly.

The location is perfect for the Metro Centre—easy to find, plenty of parking, and right next to the Skiff Inn where we dined. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the buffet breakfast was great. I’d definitely recommend this hotel!
