Being close to the Vatican, the area was quiet and peaceful with no noise disturbances, and room service was a plus. The location was a bit inconvenient, as it takes around 20 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station and buses in Italy can be quite unreliable. There was no shower gel provided, only hand soap. The mattress was very hard, and there was no proper duvet, just a cover. Unfortunately, the shower drain was clogged, so water would accumulate while showering.

The rooms were very modern, and the self‑check‑in was convenient for night arrivals. The bathroom had a strange odor, but everything was clean.

The location was great, and the room was very comfortable. Despite a mishap with a lamp, the staff were helpful and friendly. The sofa/armchair bed was small and uncomfortable, and there were no sheets for it. The cleaning was not perfect; there were still traces from previous guests, but nothing serious.
