Location is great, staff are friendly, the complimentary morning snack is a nice touch, and the shared bathrooms are very clean! The room curtains could block more light and keep out street noise, but the hotel provides earplugs and ear muffs that mitigated the issue quite well.

The location was spot on for a day in New York City. On the day I was there, the lift broke and I had to climb four floors with all my shopping, which was far from ideal.

The room was clean and comfy, and the spot was perfect. The shared bathrooms stayed tidy and I never had to wait. I’d gladly book again. I just wish there was a chair in the room.

Breakfast was a bit thin, but at least it wasn’t included in the price, which I appreciated. Everything else was great.
