I was really grateful that we could borrow the shared space for a meeting, and the old building had been tastefully renovated into a lovely, relaxing environment. I came by bike and the staff kindly showed me where to park. The breakfast bread and coffee were delicious. The only drawback was that the bed frame made the room feel a bit tight, especially toward the back.

I adored the aesthetic vibe and the spot’s unbeatable walkable proximity to the university and a bunch of restaurants. It’s perfect for families, and the owner’s kid‑friendly attitude made traveling with my little one a breeze.

Everyone, kids and adults alike, could relax comfortably. I also got to mingle with other travelers, which turned into a memorable experience. It wasn’t just a place to sleep; the breakfast bread was tasty, and there were eateries and a public bath right nearby. From here, the Heian Shrine, Kyoto City Zoo, and the Loam Theatre are about a 20‑minute walk, while Nanzen‑ji, the Kamo River, and the Kawaramachi area are roughly 30‑40 minutes on foot, so you can explore plenty by walking.

Everything was perfect; there was nothing that could be improved.
