I had a great time at the spa and the staff were very friendly; the breakfast buffet was decent but nothing special, and the rooms are well kept, clean, and in good condition, so I’ll definitely book again. However, the front desk could use more people, and the check‑in for pool and spa access took longer than it should have.

I was happy with the value, and the staff went above and beyond by creating a lovely Mother's Day and Father's Day card for my parents after I mentioned it in the special request comments—really appreciated their effort! The check‑in was a bit slow, and with only one elevator, getting up and down took a little extra time.
