Everything about the place was spot on – clean rooms, friendly staff, good food, and a convenient location.
Staff were friendly, especially the night manager who handled all our requests with a smile.
The rooms are impressively spacious and well‑appointed.
The sauna building was simply fantastic – spacious, hot, and just the right spot to unwind after a day on the slopes.

“Entspannend, persönlich und qualitativ sehr hochwertig :)”
Everything about the place was spot on – clean rooms, friendly staff, good food, and a convenient location. I couldn’t think of a single thing that needed fixing.
The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, the room comfy, and the location unbeatable. Add in the tasteful décor, the soothing spas, and the overall calm, and you’ve got a flawless stay – nothing at all to complain about.
“Früher Spitzenklasse – heute ist der Lack ab”
The kitchen still serves decent food, but everything else feels like it’s falling apart. Since our last visit in 2020 the place has lost its shine – cheap plastic flowers, loose baseboards, worn‑out fabrics, and even the paper napkins now have a brand logo. We learned the hotel is now run by an investor from Vienna, but the staff couldn’t tell us who actually owns it.
“Urige Bleibe in Hinterthal - mit Charme und kleinen Fehlern”
The hotel’s quiet setting, tidy rooms, nice spa area and its own restaurant make it a solid pick for a ski break. The staff are eager to help but seem stretched thin, and it would have been a real plus to have a shuttle running to the lifts.
“Wir haben uns im Hotel während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt”
The hotel nails the mix of old‑world charm and modern touches, and the rooms are impressively spacious and well‑appointed. A pleasant stay overall.
