The spot was perfect for hiking and mountain biking. The hotel itself was comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive, and we could store our bikes in a locker. Dinner was good and the wine selection was solid.

The female staff were very friendly, and the impromptu dinner and breakfast on arrival were of good quality. Getting to the hotel by car is a hassle (you really shouldn’t try it), and finding the rear parking is difficult. Once you park (you need a code to enter), it’s easy to walk to the hotel with your luggage.

Breakfast was excellent, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the building had character and the décor was charming, the beds were super comfortable, and the mountain view from the pool area was exceptional.
