Zimmer war gut ausgeteilt, alles vorhanden. Toilette nicht sauber, WC Bürste dreckig Leintuch zu kurz, Matratze sichtbar Beim Frühstück keine Tassen mehr, Becher zu klein für Cappuccino, Joghurts gefroren, Wurst wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt und das 1 Stunde vor Frühstückende. Kein Personal auffindbar Empfang nicht qualifiziert. Hotel war bezahlt, trotz Nachweis keine Aufklärung möglich. Wurde dann angeblich aufgenommen zur Klärung. Am nächsten Tag lag nichts vor. Sollen Mail schreiben, dass geklärt werden kann. Keine Rechnung erhalten

Hello B&B Team, our stay last week at your hotel in Willich was basically okay. The bed sheet had a hole, which is not very pleasant for a hotel stay. The toilet was also dirty when we arrived, and the fresh toilet paper roll they provided was visibly soiled, which felt quite unhygienic and uncomfortable. As soon as we entered the room, an old cigarette smell hit us, which is not nice for a non‑smoking room. The breakfast was especially disappointing: for about €15 per person we expected a calm, pleasant breakfast, but the dining area was far too small. During peak times many more guests wanted to eat at once than the space could accommodate, causing a lot of crowding and making it almost impossible to relax. Overall the stay was basically fine, but the cleanliness and especially the size and organization of the breakfast area clearly need improvement. With a paid breakfast, there should be enough room for all guests.
