The staff were very friendly, the wellness offering was good, and the hotel itself was modern and beautiful.

Everything: location, welcome, upgrade, cleanliness, professionalism, organization, quality of services, and most of the staff were proactive! The behavior of three buffet servers was very unpleasant.

Frühstück top Zimmer Sehr gut Strand ??? Wir haben Falkensteiner Jesolo ausgewählt , weil wir mit Hund, und Falkensteiner Werbung macht sehr Hundefreundlich zu sein.Und das ist zu 100% nicht gegeben. Nicht 1% Hundefreundlich. Wir sind Hundebesitzer, Falkensteiner wirbt mit sehr Hundefrundlich zu sein. 0% Hundefreundlich.Weder zum Speisesaal, noch zum Strand einlass, aber ins a la carte Restaurant , da darf der Hund mit. Falkensteiner,, für uns . Damit ist alles gesagt. Das Personal ,ist traumhaft, sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. da kann das Managment in die Schule gehen
