Pascuale was very friendly and attentive, recommended places in Lecce, arranged all the arrival details and parking, the breakfast was tasty, and the room was good.

The overall rating reflects the two rooms I had with my colleague: one was a 9, the other a 5 because its bathroom was private but accessed from the hallway. Another issue was that the owner works and can’t respond during some afternoon hours, but he was very kind and even offered us parking to make up for the lack of response. The owner should make it clear at booking that one of the rooms has a private bathroom accessed from the common corridor.

The host was wonderful, the cleanliness was impeccable, the bed was super comfortable, and the heating was perfect.

The place was clean, well‑located, and you can reach the city in 20 minutes. You can book a private parking spot. The landlord is friendly, gives many tips, and is reachable at any time. Water and coffee are also available. Thank you, will come back! However, it is very noisy. The apartment has two rooms. It’s a shame that some guests don’t respect privacy at all. The landlord can’t do anything about that, but a note to new guests to be a bit quieter at night might help.
