Very nice location, but it’s far from the center of Sorrento.
The location is nice, just a short walk from the sea, and the staff were friendly. The room had no windows and was on the first floor with no view outside, which we didn’t like; it would have been good to know that beforehand.
“8/10”
We chose this hotel because of the pictures on Booking and its closeness to the beach, and both of those were spot on. The décor is charming, and the hotel sits right in front of a public beach that we could use with free loungers and sun hats. The marina also hosts the hotel’s restaurant, La Tavernetta, among other cozy spots with a great view. For us, the real culinary highlight was the Amalfi Coast surprise at the marina’s Don Vito. What we loved most was the generosity and friendliness of the staff, especially Sara, Luigi, and António, who were always available, pleasant, and attentive to our needs. Grazie mille 😚 The only downside is that the hotel is hard to reach on foot. They offer a shuttle that runs from 08h to 00h, which we used without any hassle, but if you want to move around freely whenever you want, it can feel a bit restrictive. If you can, riding a scooter (Vespa) is the best way to get around.
“Gestita da una coppia fantastica, professionale e disponibile”
The place was clean and welcoming, and the heated pool was spectacular.
The staff were very helpful and always cheerful. The location is amazing, just on the beach. Breakfast was rich. We had an access to the beach with free 2 beach long chairs and Umbrella. We had a wonderful time there, and will definitely recommend it or visit it again
