Good breakfast, polite staff. At night there was a lot of noise because the hotel is under renovation.

Cleanliness of the rooms was good. The breakfast only served margarine and had no other options.

The room is quite spacious, the bed is good, the bathroom is good and spacious. Unfortunately it is very old, but I think it is undergoing renovation, so it will definitely improve.

Worth the price, hard to find in São Paulo. Very simple, limited breakfast. It has a garage, which is very important. The breakfast and general cleaning were lacking.
