“I can recommend it for location”

The location is fantastic, right in the city center near all attractions. The room was clean but small, with a wardrobe, a chair, a secretary, and a standing lamp—just that. I was lucky that the neighbors were either absent or quiet. The host was responsive and gave me a kettle for hot water. It’s suitable for 1–2 nights but not for a longer stay. The kitchen was off limits, so you can’t cook or heat drinks in the morning or evening; basic amenities should be available at this price. The owner kindly supplied a kettle and plastic cups when I messaged him. I brought a thermos and tea bags, which helped me have hot tea before heading out or before bed.

The room was nice and the bathroom clean. Finding the place and checking in was easy. The staff were responsive and very helpful.

Good location, clean and comfortable; curtains were thin and let light through, but there was a blind to pull down that fixed the issue. The room was small but fine for one person. It was a bit noisy when other guests moved around and with the neighbors; it would also be better if the toilet were separate from the main bathroom.

“Expensive and below minimal.”

The aesthetic was nice. The price is too high for the lack of basic amenities—no tea or coffee facilities, no private bathroom, no fan when it’s 25+°C in the room. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had away from home. My Wi‑Fi disconnected on the last night, and with no fan or TV I had nothing to keep busy on a hot night with little sleep. Also, guests didn’t respect the quiet hours.

A great place to stay during the Skoll World Forum. Easy walk into town, right price, and super friendly staff!
