Everything – a prime spot in the Sassi, a stunning, one-of-a-kind, spotless suite, a warm welcome from the team, and a breakfast that kick‑starts the day like nothing else.
The location of the hotel. The staff was wonderful. They game us very good explanation what to do and showed all the places in the map. If we ever come back to Matera we want to have the exact same room with the view to the Sassi. Best room is the upstairs room, because it has got the view

Almost everything was spot on, the breakfast was nice, and the room was very roomy, but I had to remind the staff to clean it daily.
