“Buono”
It’s near the station. The Japanese‑style room is small and has no wardrobe, which is normal. The price is good. The lighting is poor and the window is not worth the name, but nothing dramatic.

The hotel is less than five minutes from the subway, all amenities are nearby, the staff is attentive to our needs, and they let us use the onsen below the hotel for free.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. I used the laundry service and it was perfect—really great. They also give free tickets for a nearby sento; we didn’t use them, but it’s a nice touch. Getting clean towels was easy with the bag/laundry bag system. The room was a bit small; the two of us with medium‑sized suitcases had a bit of a puzzle finding space for them, but I understand this is normal for Tokyo hotels.

They gave us a money‑saving hot‑soup voucher. Nothing else.
