The location was excellent, right next to the train and bus stations (bus, minibus, dolmus). The buffet breakfast was great, especially the savory side. Luggage room available. Nothing to complain about, only regret that I stayed just one night. near Denizli there are other sights besides Pammukkale and Hierapolis!

The location was good, in the city centre with many things to do nearby. But the staff were incredibly rude upon arrival – I waited ages before being acknowledged. The room itself was filthy. While towels and sheets were acceptable, I found cigarettes, makeup wipes, food packaging, toothpicks and hair on the bed. There were sticky stains on the floor and wall, the fridge door was damaged, and housekeeping had removed my toiletries for some reason. All of this is simply unacceptable.

The location was good, the service attentive and everything clean, though there was a faint sound from the drainage when someone pulled the handle upstairs, otherwise everything was fine.

Nothing positive. The rooms were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, the toilets were uncomfortable.
