The room had flickering light in the bathroom, a very uneven desk that was hard to use, and room 204 was in the hallway and very noisy.

I stayed at Hotel Silver Javeriana by Hospedagem Bogotá and overall it was decent. The bed was very comfortable and gave me a great night’s sleep. The location isn’t the best, and some parts of the facilities and services could be better. Breakfast isn’t the usual hotel buffet; you have to order. They offer a fruit, juice, and drinks like coffee, tea or hot chocolate, plus a savory option that could be a ham‑and‑cheese sandwich or eggs with toast. Variety isn’t huge, but the food is tasty, well‑made, and enough for a good breakfast. I missed having water and other drinks in the mini‑fridge, especially for late arrivals or emergencies. I got to the hotel around 9 p.m., and it would have been great to find water in the room. The staff were very kind and attentive, especially Sara who helped us most days and was extremely friendly, patient and caring. Even though we struggled with Spanish, she always tried to help, making us feel very welcome. Despite the areas that could improve, I had a positive experience. The staff, especially Sara, were definitely a big highlight.
