Mondello SunSea sits directly on Mondello’s sandy beach, offering panoramic sea views from a spacious terrace. Each air‑conditioned room features a private balcony, kitchenette, washing machine, and free WiFi. Guests enjoy private check‑in/out, a paid shuttle, luggage storage, and complimentary toiletries. The hotel is a 3‑minute walk to the beach, 1.1 km from Lido di Mondello, and 13 km from Palermo Cathedral.

This property is exceptional: everything worked like a clock (WiFi, hot water pressure, the washing machine, the fridge, the electricity, the locks on the doors - we did not have a problem with anything), the apartment has a lovely, big veranda where you can have dinner and enjoy the view of the cliffs, it is close to the restaurants, it was very clean, and the host, Giorgio, is professional, kind, and friendly. There were bottles of drinkable water and wine in the fridge for us. In other properties, hosts have tried to charge us for unjustified fees like extra cleaning (although we wash all dishes, place all dirty towels in the hamper, and clean the bathroom and kitchen before we leave) or late check-out (although we always try to check out 30 minutes before the deadline). That was NOT the case at Mondello SunSea. Thank you, Giorgio. We will be back!. It is difficult to think of anything that could be improved at this price range. Perhaps fewer stairs, given that we are older and our knees hurt (but the host carried our luggage up when we arrived and down when we left - so that was not a problem)

We really enjoyed our stay at Mondella SunSea. The location is perfect for both the beach and the bus stop to Palermo. The terrace is great.

The spot was perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and cafés. The flat had everything we needed, and Georgo was very helpful and a nice person. I liked everything.
