The property is nice and large, with a tennis court and pool right on the premises. The house has a modernized kitchen with all kinds of appliances. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are old and the beds are uncomfortable. There were a lot of ants in the accommodation. Getting to the property is fine, but you shouldn’t bring a big SUV because the forest path that leads straight to the finca is extremely narrow. Electricity is billed separately by the owner, but it’s not transparent because we weren’t told the previous meter reading or the meter’s location. He already had the change in hand before the reading.
