The location was great, the manager offered a personal welcome, and the place was quiet and clean. The bathroom fixtures felt a bit old‑fashioned.

Breakfast was just average; the second morning lacked salami and the bread was dry, but the coffee and apricot yogurt were good, and the fruit selection was mediocre. The staff helped us store some food in the kitchen so we could have a later in‑room picnic. The room had a quaint, traditional décor and the bed was comfortable. However, the shower’s hot and cold water were uneven, and the sink had the same issue. The air conditioning worked well only when set to 19 °C, much lower than the usual 22–23 °C. The plastic glasses at the sink were cheap, and the shampoo and shower gel were low quality.

Het was een toplocatie. Alles wat er te zien valt in pompeii was binnen 10/15 min loopafstand. De eigenaar is super vriendelijk en geeft graag tips. Ik voelde me direct erg welkom. Het is een prachtige ruime kamer en een mooie nette badkamer. Het enige minpunt is dat het aan een drukke straat ligt. Veel geluid savonds op straat dus. Ik vond het de locatie absoluut waard, maar voor lichte slapers is het iets om rekening mee te houden
