Fatima and Ali at the reception were particularly cooperative and made our stay enjoyable. However, the internet connection was a bit weak, which was a minor inconvenience.

Overall, I was impressed with the hotel's cleanliness, amenities, and staff, who were all very friendly and helpful. The fitness center, pool, and sauna were also great additions. However, our first night was a bit disrupted by a loud generator outside our window, and we could smell diesel fumes. Fortunately, we were moved to a different room the same day, which was a relief. I hope the hotel can address this issue to improve the guest experience.
