“Ottimo Hotel”

We just returned after spending ten days at this beautiful hotel. I want to start with the staff I interacted with during our stay, praising their professionalism and friendliness: everyone I met was always smiling, from the cleaning crew to the guys running the breakfast area. I also want to highlight the reception team, especially Mrs. Elena, who showed empathy and availability rarely found in other hotels. Moving on to the room: it was beautiful, large, clean, and new. Concluding with breakfast, it was truly good: there was everything, from sweet to savory, to satisfy everyone. Another positive point is the free parking in front of the hotel. I want to point out that all the photos you see on their website match reality.
